Brock Pest ControlBrock has done an outstanding job! Emily, my provider, is good at what she does. I HATE bugs!!! She knows this and pays particular attention to those potential areas where bugs could enter. I can't say enough good things about her or Briock. Best choice by far!!!!! So glad I terminated a contract with a recognized national company.- Rob M.

Emerald Coast Pest Control IncWhere can I begin everything was fine until we found termites in the bedroom. Chris came to our home 2019 and 2020 told us a couple small things to do and we did exactly that with the last repair of small piece of bad wood replaced by a person of his recommendation! Never was any problem mention that we didn’t fix(we have both reports). When the problem arose we were told that the original owner would not let them treat the back of the house because he didn’t want the tile patio drilled. We asked should they not have told us that when we took over the bond and was told no we inherited the problem. Now we ripe out the wall as they told us to do and it did have moisture and live termites at this point we were told it was our fault because of the moisture so this was mid November wall stayed open during heavy rains several times no water came in at window or door at this point we certainly were not on the same page and we demanded coverage. Immediately we received a letter from their attorney saying emerald coast pest was not responsible. There was no sign that we had a problem until it was serious so how could we know nor did Chris write anything pertaining to this area on our inspection. Now I have sent emerald coast pest (Melissa and Chris) several pieces of information that I researched about the problem no answer also I ask for a copy of the contract NO ANSWER) We have learned a very expensive lesson after assuming termite bonds 4 different times on other homes we assumed each time it was insurance if any problem arose. I was advised from a very knowledgeable friend/ realtor to just make sure you always had a bond. I could go on and on but no point. I hope this information helps people know just because you have a termite bond you better read the contract. I’m sure most people do but in my case knowing the original owner bought the bond from day one from Emerald Coast Pest no worries. Now we have had the home completely treated as we now don’t trust that any of that was done right. I guess my big question is if you do all that you were instructed and you get told you just inherited this problem where should we go from here’s??? Again we were never told that the back of home wasn’t treated so several other termite companies have told us they never would have issued a bond on only part of the home. As a result of this we can never get another bond only treatment but what good does it do to have bonds anyway ?- Martha A.

Premier Termite Pest Control LLCI've been using PTPC for a few years now and plan to continue their service at our new home. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have while they're working. There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do.- Hildegard C.

Mosquito Joe of Northwest FloridaThey were excellent. They got rid of the mosquitoes. It was great. You'd go outside and not get eaten alive. They were great. They were great. I never had any issues with them. If I called them and needed them to come back, say like it rained or something and the mosquitoes came back or I had issues, they were there right away. A lot of times, it was the same day. If not the same day, it was the next day. They were very prompt at being there.- Rosie E.

Bryan Pest ControlI was skeptical, but young Blake is professional, on time and enthusiastic about sod maintenance. When I had a stubborn sod problem , he came out and sprayed again. And he's kept on top of it since. My lawn has never looked better.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the price below is per month on a yearly contract.- Cat s.

Bugmeister's did a great job removing rats from an attic with little access. With the limited access, they had to come back several times to complete the job and did so willingly without extra charges. I called them after others were not able to poison or remove the rats and Bugmeisters got the job done! I would hire again.

I called Emil with what I thought was a bee emergency! Thanks to him, we avoided what would have been an actual emergency. After asking a few questions, he told me the bees I had observed flying into a hole in our siding were scout bees. He patiently talked me through "scout bees" and told me how to address the problem. What an amazing resource! Thank you Emil!
