Received word my elderly brother and his wife in Orange Park had been without a properly working a/c in their home for a week. I living in Panama City googled for a 24/7 heating & cooling business in Orange Park, and called Air Advice on a late Saturday afternoon explaining the urgency for my brother and his wife both in chronic health. Air Advice dispatched a technician to my brother s home on Sunday morning and resolved the a/c problem. I was able to pay for the reasonably priced service over the phone, and purchased a one-year maintenance service for a twice year inspection and repairs covered by the contract. My brother and his wife s house is once again a comfort climate controlled abode. Thank you, Air Advice for prompt weekend house call and repairs.

Technician diagnosed the issue quickly and provided repair options based on my comfort level and how long I planned to keep the existing unit. These guys showed up earlier than scheduled, which was great for us during the heat. The tech was up front and honest about what he found and his recommendations. Pricing was fair and we even hired him again when a major component failed four days later. Service was great. They re-routed a technician that was leaving another call to my door and had him here in (literally) 10 minutes. He was thorough, professional and extremely friendly. He didn't guess or assume what the problem was, he systematically checked everything before ultimately diagnosing and resolving the problem.
