"Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."

He came up with an ingenious solution of filing the washer down, buying longer screws and manually screwing the faucet from above. Two other companies could not figure it out. "Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time.
