"Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."

"Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.

I was given a quote for the work and assured my pump was OK.  It is old but is still working so I decided to wait to have it replaced.  A date and time were setup for the work.  When I called the office to complain because of a no show I was assigned the next possible appointment.  Keith and Derrick showed up on time. They reassessed what I needed.  They assured me that they would provide all the materials on the quote and some extra fittings and pipe and would need more time to finish the job.  They came at 3pm and finished all the work by 7pm that same afternoon.  Tom (the owner) came as they were finishing and apologized and said he would charge me as quoted.

Keith answered all my questions and was professional in what he did and made sure everything was setup and working properly before they  left.  I would use this Company again because although I had some concerns I feel Tom took the appropriate actions to make it right for me and assuring me customer service was important to him.  Sometimes things just happen but if a Company responds the way they did I can only say that I will call them if I need anything else fixed or replaced.
