"Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. "Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
