"Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

"I had them come and work on two of my fountains. Replacing float valves and a pump motor. I wasn’t home at the time of their work and after service noticed one float valve wasn’t auto shutting off and was over flowing the fountain. I contacted Andrea Barnes the customer service manager and was told it would be about two weeks to get someone over to look at it. I also asked them to inspect for a leak in the base of the fountain. Since it has a small leak. They didn’t fix the valve, made no mention of it in their report to me from the owner. Their owner Jannis Garrett just sent me a quote of $5500 to replace the base but did not mention the faulty float valve they installed. A slow leak is not the end of the world in this fountain and just replacing the valve and having it auto shut off makes in useable. I followed up and emailed the owner Jannis asking him about the float valve issue. A week went by without any response, call or comment from them. Not a professionally owned or operated company. If you install a bad product, fix it, and move on. It’s been over a month since it was brought to their attention and no action has taken place."

"I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for over a decade. They were always my go-to whenever I needed anything for the house. I wish I could give them -5 stars for the experience I have had with my windows and sliding doors. DO NOT USE THEM!! Lies, incompetency, disrespectful reps, and no sense of customer service. I could go into the details, but I would be writing for hours if I did. Bottom line, I ordered my windows and two sliding doors in Aug. '22 and I today received a notice the installer can get me on their schedule at the very end of April '23. I had to say that didn't work because we were having our first child that same time. Put that into perspective, Lowe's I hope you care to read this, my wife who got pregnant the in Aug '22 (same time we placed the order for the windows), will have gone through her entire pregnancy when the windows and doors would be installed. And yes, we have been paying on our order since it was placed. There is a plethora of more details I could s*** out on here, but I want whomever that reads this to hopefully understand that Lowe's is Ovideo is awful, my sales rep is a liar and very disrespectful, and you will not be taken care of. -5 STARS!!"

"FWG installed my pond about 12 years ago & it turned out better than I imagined. They have provided periodic cleaning over the years so when I wanted to upgrade underwater lights to LED & reposition the waterfall for a new fence & landscaping, they not only moved it slightly where I wanted it, but completely renovated it with a new configuration that is even better than the original (which I thought was not possible). Couldn't be happier with the design, customer service, quality of work & professionalism of the whole crew!"
