It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. The two estimates from other pros were much lower. In addition to high estimate, the estimate itself was very generic computer generated. Estimate was not very descriptive considering the high price."
