"I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

"In February 2020, Mad River Pool Construction completed a total remodel of our forty-three-year-old pool. The project included: complete re-plumbing, new surface with added spa, sun shelf, benches, steps, swim-out, LED lighting, cleaner, control automation, and 1,500 square foot Travertine decking. My wife and I have been in the construction trade for over forty years, and we are familiar with qualifying contractors. Mike and the crew of Mad River employees, promptly started our project on the date agreed upon and continued in a workman-like manner until it was completed. Mike and Jeff’s knowledge and supervision of our entire remodel was the leading contributors in our project being completed smoothly, in a timely manner, and on budget. We would highly recommend Mad River Pools for any project you have in mind. Mike, Jeff, and all the Mad River crew are true craftsman! Mike’s representatives were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with throughout our project. After all was said and done, the only thing my wife and I could say was, “WOW!! "Great experience, owner is very caring and hands on in every step, also great crew.. Had 2 jobs done over couple of years, first was designing and adding an inground spa to existing pool, between the designs, the 3d model rendering, colors and materials, Michael does best job in collaborating with customers to custom design the product.. Very flexible and capable of creating whatever design that suits customer.. 2nd job was repaving the whole patio, resurfacing pool, expanding pool, creating sundeck, redesigning pool depth,same great job and outcome. He also took care of updating and upgrading equipment like filter, pump, heater and adding a gas heater for the spa.. Many years now after and he's still very approachable in maintenance of all of his projects.. A real one stop shop.."
