"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. He did not charge me, even though I offered to pay him, as his company does not charge for initial inspections. "This is a very professional company. The removal of mold was very clearing explained to us prior to the beginning of work with an upfront estimate. They were an effective advocate for us with our insurance company. They submitted very detailed estimates to our insurance company which resulted in prompt reimbursement for their work. We viewed this as a huge advantage, since none of the estimated work was challenged. This part of their business is awesome. When the demo started they prepped the areas with protection of the surrounding areas with such as plastic barriers and floor protection. After the mold was removed and an independent lab verified the mold was destroyed they began to put our house back together. The drywall group, painters, and clean up crew were very neat and their work was excellent. The office side of their business was helpful because they kept us up to date regarding what and when would be the next step.
