"Walter was prompt and went right to work with inspection Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and his company"

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"My experience with Matrix Restoration was phenomenal. Daniel is truly a professional in this field. Living in Florida, you hear about the horrors of mold but never take it seriously, until your home is impacted by it. If you’re online searching for mold remediation, then I am talking to you. Don’t waste your money or time with other companies. Getting rid of mold is not an easy task. I spent a lot of money with wrong companies and got nowhere. Bottom line, if you want to save your home and belongings - this is the company to call. Daniel and his team are true professionals. He’s intelligent, punctual, reliable, thorough, honest and a complete Pro. Highly recommend Matrix Restoration. A+ Bolivar J"

"They are punctual, on time and very professional."

"This is a very professional company. The removal of mold was very clearing explained to us prior to the beginning of work with an upfront estimate. They were an effective advocate for us with our insurance company. They submitted very detailed estimates to our insurance company which resulted in prompt reimbursement for their work. We viewed this as a huge advantage, since none of the estimated work was challenged. This part of their business is awesome. When the demo started they prepped the areas with protection of the surrounding areas with such as plastic barriers and floor protection. After the mold was removed and an independent lab verified the mold was destroyed they began to put our house back together. The drywall group, painters, and clean up crew were very neat and their work was excellent. The office side of their business was helpful because they kept us up to date regarding what and when would be the next step. This entire solution lasted about 4 weeks and all work was thoroughly completed. A final thought. Their carpet and tile cleaning process was the best we ever encountered. If you don't need anything but tile and carpet cleaning this company would be a great choice. And if you need a mold contractor we would highly recommend H2o Dryout.
