He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. I received a call immediately from Mr. Martinez about doing the repair. He was able to do it the same day (which is exactly what I wanted). He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation and called me with a quote that was more than fair. I also threw in a screen repair while he was there and he wasn't fazed at all by adding that to the job. The job on the door was more complicated then he had originally thought-rotting parts- and it required more time. "We recently bought a condo in Bonita Spring. We liked the place very much but one of the room, that I planned to have as my office, had walls that were occupied by two rows of cabinets leaving no place to put anything in it. We didn't need those nice cabinets so we started searching for someone who can remove them and take to the waste facility. He offered a very fair price and was ready to start just a few days later. And what job he's done!
