"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "I had never used Angie's List before and was a bit skeptical. I needed to have an immediate repair done to a sliding door in another state. I received a call immediately from Mr. Martinez about doing the repair. He was able to do it the same day (which is exactly what I wanted). He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation and called me with a quote that was more than fair. I also threw in a screen repair while he was there and he wasn't fazed at all by adding that to the job. The job on the door was more complicated then he had originally thought-rotting parts- and it required more time. "Entire experience was a mixed bag. On first inquiry owners responded immediately to my inquiry (Sana). Salesman was out quickly to quote the job and educate us. Long wait for installation due to availability of the product (all doors made by PGT). We were scheduled for three days of installation, so took off work to be there. At 7:45am of the scheduled start date I got a call from the installation supervisor notifying me that they were running behind and wouldn't be there. Right then I knew there were service issues and they could have let me know earlier. Installation was completed in the estimated time frame. Quality of the PGT windows is superb. Though not inexpensive (over $24K for the job) it is a high quality product. Service issues began immediately after installation and when they received the balance due for the project. The job isn't completed until after inspection by the county as there are some cosmetic strips that cover up areas the inspectors look at. Three weeks after inspection I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed the owner on a Thursday and was told the service manager would be in touch no later than the following Monday. Monday came and went and I waited another week and emailed the owner. There was no response. The next day I called and left a message. The service manager did then return the call and scheduled us for service two days later. When the gentleman arrived to finish the installation, his ticket only showed replacing a defective lock in the back door and didn't have time allocated to finish the cosmetic strips. More bad communication. The good news is that the tech (Josh) was extremely competent as well as caring about having a great installation. He pointed out more than a few things that were done badly in the installation, and was stunned the inspectors had passed it. He also gave me options on installation (water intrusion bars and stops to keep the door handles from breaking if the sliders were opened too hard) that were never even brought up by the installers. Final assessment.... great product, poor service and response once the money has been fully paid, but was very fortunate to have had Josh come out and point out all the flaws in the installation and fix them. They're here now (another half day off work) getting things right, and I'm sure in the final result I'll be happy with the product. It was just a long and frustrating road to get there. I don't know anything about window installations so was thankful to have Josh's integrity to get things right."

"We recently bought a condo in Bonita Spring. We liked the place very much but one of the room, that I planned to have as my office, had walls that were occupied by two rows of cabinets leaving no place to put anything in it. We didn't need those nice cabinets so we started searching for someone who can remove them and take to the waste facility. A few people who came asked for the price that sounded ridiculous and the timing was not good for us. Finally, this nice man, Clayton from Nunes Carpentry came. He offered a very fair price and was ready to start just a few days later. And what job he's done! Clayton is very polite, extremely hard working, and did an AMAZING job: worked very carefully not to ruin walls and floor, no smoking or lunch breaks, no complains about the job being much harder than it looked. No pretense. Not showing how 'tired' he was: just working and doing a great job for a very fair price. I highly recommend Clayton and guarantee you won't regret this decision."
