I was anxious during the process (who isn't having someone work on their house), but he listened to my concerns, addressed each one, and the end product looks great. The price and his availability were great. Note: any small holes seen in these pictures were left on purpose for reattaching shelving :)"

Another company redid my floors, but they messed up lifting the ceramic tiles, which damaged the concrete. This made the wood floor uneven. The company refused to fix it by leveling the concrete. So, I got referred to RO construction, and they pulled up the floors, leveled the concrete, and put everything back. I was totally satisfied."

It was evident during our first meeting that they are pros with a lot of experience, along with genuine care for their customers. They gave good, detailed estimates and really attended to our specific requests. We had a varied list of work ( drywall reconstruction, damaged floor removal & repair, roof repair, bathroom fixture installation, stucco repair, general painting and caulking.) They were through and were able to correct other problems that had been missed by previous hires. Their communication was fantastic! I live in another state and was overseeing this long work list for my mom who lives in Florida. I met Raymond and Hannah personally at the beginning of the projects and was confident that they would take care of my mom's property and relieve her stress due to some previous poor workmanship by other contractors.
