OTW Services 911

On 8/26/25, Ronnie came out to fix our dryer where it was making a very loud screeching noise and not drying the clothes. He did the repair and was paid. One hour later, I tried to use the machine and found that the drum would not turn. Called Ronnie immediately. Restarted the machine like he asked but it did not work. He returned to the house two hours later and adjusted the belt he had installed again. Machine worked then until 9/26/25. Being that the receipt stated there was a year guarantee and it had only been a month, I tried to call company. Phone goes to voicemail where it says it can not take a message because it is full. I then used the email address to send an email requesting a call back. No call or email was received back. The following day, I was successful in leaving a voice message to which a text message was received that a repairman would be at my house on Monday before lunch. It is now 3:20 on Monday, no one has showed up or called. Voicemail is full again. No reply

Part was supposedly ordered and provider was to return on Thursday with part. When he returned there was s problem with the original timer knob and he stated that he was going to the shop to retrieve another knob. He later informed me that he could not find it locally and had to order it (which was coming in the next day - Saturday, the 22nd). Did not hear back from him until the following Tuesday and he was waiting on the UPS truck. It was on the 27th that he texted to inform me that he could not get the part and suggested that I go through Whirlpool and order the part at a cost of almost $200.00. Finally, he said on the 27th that he would send me the refund on Friday, the 28th of February. I provided him with my mailing address.

They came by and took my check but the job was never done. It has been 3 weeks with a lot of promises but no action.

Did great Job on repair. Would hire again and recommend them.

They came in fixed my refrigerator. No rush was patient and very kind and nice also offer to help me with other things. 10/100 recommend

Service was quick and efficient. I appreciate them showing up when they did. I had mold, bad wiring, broke toilets and a leaking fridge. Also, they helped me paint and waved some fees out of the kindness of their heart. I had a blessed experience with OTW. Definitely worth the 5 star rating and my money was happily & well spent.
