They removed an old bathtub with tiles that were falling off the wall, cleaned everything up and replaced it with a beautiful (seriously, it's gorgeous) new shower. The guys who did our installation (Esteban and Ben) were fantastic and made sure to show us every step of the way. They made sure to ask my father-in-law where he wanted the seat and wall handles, since he would be using them the most. Highly recommended! When we're ready to do the other bathroom, we'll definitely be back."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. "Jason Brown was the sales person who came to our house. He took time to understand what our NEEDS and our WANTS were. After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!"
