"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

As soon as the inspection was completed, they were at the house within a few days to complete the final installation. Highly recommend this company."

"My Handy Craftsman recently completed a home improvement project for us in our kitchen and three bathrooms. Our project included adding a tile backsplash in the kitchen, adding tile accent walls in the bathrooms, removing countertops and removing and replacing sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as removing and replacing mirrors and light fixtures in the bathrooms. We had an excellent experience and are extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the My Handy Craftsman team. From start to finish, they were professional, very responsive, excellent communicators, friendly, and customer-service oriented. Michael was very helpful, answered all our questions, made great recommendations, and patient with our changes. He listened to our ideas, provided insightful advice, and never recommended anything that didn’t need to be changed or upgraded. He provided us with a very fair and reasonable estimate for our project. Michael also met and coordinated with our countertop vendor to ensure there were no delays in the work flow. Once the project started, he checked in daily to ensure the project was on track, that we were satisfied, and that his staff had everything they needed. David, the assigned craftsman, was top notch, very professional, took pride in his work, and was experienced in all aspects of our project, to include tiling, wall repair, plumbing, electrical, and painting. David was also an excellent mentor and trainer to his assistant Manny. They arrived on time, gave 110%, were very precise, thorough, attentive to every detail, and cleaned up at the end of each day. David discussed options and made recommendations throughout the entire project. Our improvements look beautiful and we are still amazed every time we walk into the kitchen and bathrooms. Michael and his team exceeded our expectations and made our renovation project a very positive and stress-free experience. We will definitely use My Handy Craftsman again for future projects, and highly recommend them for your home improvement and renovation projects."

"Backsplash, tile floors and most of the cabinets picked look wonderful. There is a blind corner upper cabinet that is almost inaccessible. Cabinets should have been picked that fit what was there previously. Cabinet above stove had damage. I asked for door replacement, the contractor cut the corner off. Texturing on corner of kitchen and light switch does not match and is unsanded(walls are textured). No caulking used to seal gap at back of cabinets where they meet the wall. Ceiling only got painted as stated in contract after I inquired a second time. Around return vent is barely painted. The contractor was very slow at getting work completed, rescheduled multiple times, no call/no shows, communication could be better. When I asked to nullify the contract for the rest of the floors he never showed up and didn't respond for a month to refund money. Also state of Florida website shows he is unlicensed and has complaints against him. Angie's list needs to do better."
