Ran into an issue with a toilet in a 1 bath condo on a Friday morning... oh no! Got in contact with John and he was nice enough to come out early Sat. to replace. Within an hour we were good to go.. Will definitely use John again when we remodel.

John was prompt - he showed up on time for both the estimate, and to complete the work. Additionally, he was flexible in providing options when it became clear that the cost to implement a tankless hot water heater of adequate capacity would be prohibitive due to extensive wiring requirements in a multi-story condominium. He also followed up after the inspector was scheduled to confirm that all was in order, and that there were no issues. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing Services.

John did a great job replacing our failed water heater. We did not have a way to transport the water heater we purchased online from Home Depot so John picked it up for us on his way over to install it.

Showed up same day as the request, a Saturday!! Resolved a complex problem that even he admitted was one of the hardest he encountered . Price was so reasonable I felt I had to pay more. Very respectful and cleaned up after.

Very cost-competitive, responsive and thorough. Water heater replaced in our rental condo. He kept us fully advised on his work and even texted pictures showing where it had been leaking. A-one!

John the owner does the work, he worked around our schedule even on a Sunday. He did a clean, professional installation of my new hybred water heater and no mess left behind and was better priced of anyone. Including having a pipe there for the new a/c to be piped into. Thinking of esthetics 1 pipe not 2. DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE!! The name of his company says it all Integrity Plumbing is what this man is. I'm having him back for more work.
