"Got tired of the buffering and low battery life with our Ring cameras. Have replaced them all with ADT cameras and the traditional ADT perimeter alarm system. So far – awesome! Should have done this much much sooner. Still figuring out all of the functions and capabilities with the ADT cameras but a massive upgrade."

"Great! This is the second time we used Smart Home Services. They did the original installation of the first TV over a year ago. That's why we called them to do the second installation. Sam and Willie of Smart Home Services showed up on-time, were very knowledgable, spoke English (instead of technology talk), and were very interested in our needs so we would get the installation done to our complete satisfaction. They did a very professional job and both TV's look great on our walls and perform excellently. They cleaned up all of the "stuff" that goes with an installation and left the house in better condition, due to the two TV's now on our walls. We will definitely use Smart Home Services again and highly recommend them to all our friends. Sam and Willie did a great job."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"We hired Steadfast May 2024 to install a new key fob system for our HOA.. 4 pool gates and club house. we delt with Lisa and Dylan on our new system. Dylan came out and gave a presentation (Q&A) to the homeowners, He answered all the residents' concerns. fast forward to June of 2025, we add them out twice to install more equipment. We also had a lightning strike, and they were out here quick to get us back running. I highly recommend them for there."
