We have the actual experience of doing the work as carpenters and masons to know how to manage and building these beautiful projects. Over the years of working in the construction business we have built and worked on thousands of homes, so we have picked up a few design ideas. \nWe have a strong geological back ground that allows us to build in areas that others can't. Before construction we do deep SBT borings to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all. \nWe are also able to achieve 190 mph+ wind ratings on many of our builds.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I first used Ray Woods conastruction to repair my roof.  The work was done so well and so honestly that I had them bid on three other projects, replacing french doors, a total remodel of the master bathroom and a minor remodel of my guest bathroom. Their prices were good but more importantly I liked the style of Ray Woods.  He is very soft spoken, and he really listens and had some good ideas.
