"The Acosta team was fantastic. We asked for a quote on a renovation, and they were out the same day to review the work and gave me a fantastic option. They started 2 weeks later and were prop, efficient, and the work was done flawlessly. I would highly recommend them for any construction projects you have."

Welcome to Central West Coast Builders LLC. where we specialize in superior customer service along with turn key build projects that you will be proud of.\nWe have been in the construction industry most of our lives. That's 40 years experience for both Russ and Michael the contractor. 80 years combined experience in all phases of home building and construction. We have the actual experience of doing the work as carpenters and masons to know how to manage and building these beautiful projects. Over the years of working in the construction business we have built and worked on thousands of homes, so we have picked up a few design ideas. \nWe have a strong geological back ground that allows us to build in areas that others can't. Before construction we do deep SBT borings to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all. \nWe are also able to achieve 190 mph+ wind ratings on many of our builds.

"My client relationship with B&H Specialty Construction commenced when I hired David and his exceptional team for an opulent bathroom remodel following the devastation of Hurricane Ian. "We recently had an unfortunate pin-hole leak in a water pipe in our ceiling which resulted in an insurance claim involving water damaged sheet rock, insulation, tile, and miscellaneous electrical component, removal and replacement of all damaged items to their original state. After removing the water damaged components, the area was "blown dry" for several days to prevent any mold growth.
Ray was asked to evaluate and bid for the restoration evaluation process. He arrived on-time for our estimate appointment and was friendly and professional and very attentive to our needs in his evaluation of our requests. We asked Ray to provide a breakdown of costs involving:
1. Replace ceiling sheet rock and insulation, including recessed lighting fixtures and possible electrical components.
2. Since the kitchen wall was damaged due to the water pipe leak, we asked for a separate estimate to replace our existing sliding glass doors and sliding glass windows with energy efficient double pane fixtures. We stated that this estimate would be outside of the realm of insurance coverage, and would be at our expense.

3. Replace the kitchen wall sheet rock and tile. Prime and paint the ceiling and wall.
4. All phases and estimates would include clean-up costs and final payment would be issued upon my inspection and acceptance of all work done.
Ray provided the detailed estimate on time via email.
We chose another contractor/restoration firm based on the estimates provided and the insurance coverage. If we choose to proceed with our opportunity to remodel, we may still choose Ray for the additional sliding glass door and sliding glass window replacement.
I hope we made the right decision by choosing the lower, insurance based,  replacement estimate!
My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with Ray's project evaluation, experience and understanding. Therefore, I highly recommend that anyone searching for home remodeling, restoration, room addition, etc. consider Ray Woods Construction Co., Inc.

"I hired Reese Windows and Doors to replace 11 windows and 2 doors on my 62 year old home in Cape Coral. They did this in one day and I could not be happier. The three gentlemen they sent were polite and accommodating but far more important they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done neatly and very professionally. Their window are beautiful, easy to use and guaranteed for life. I do not need to do any paint touch up outside or inside. All debris from the work was completely removed. Their supervisor also contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. An excellent excellent company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it quickly and they did it to my satisfaction and I am not the easiest person to satisfy when my money is being spent. I would strongly recommend them to provide new windows and doors."
