"My client relationship with B&H Specialty Construction commenced when I hired David and his exceptional team for an opulent bathroom remodel following the devastation of Hurricane Ian. After an unfortunate termination of my previous contractor due to exorbitant pricing, I found solace in the expertise and value of B&H. Their cadre of skilled tradesmen exemplifies integrity and time-honored values, qualities for which I am profoundly grateful. From the outset, their work crews have consistently arrived punctually, infused with positive energy while they demonstrated kindness and respect for my property, pets, and family. They adeptly navigated challenges such as deteriorated flooring and termite damage with remarkable professionalism, providing timely, evidence-based solutions while minimizing additional costs. Their superior communication skills have proven invaluable; they consistently present clear, straightforward options, delineating the pros and cons of each. As a woman who has occasionally altered her vision during projects, B&H has managed my requests with exceptional flexibility and understanding. "I would like to thank Mr. Aviv and his crew, Fernandez Builders for completing my Bathroom and Bedroom renovation. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and exudes quality customer service. Aviv always kept me (the customer) informed including lines of communication. He also assisted me with choosing materials, fixtures, color schemes, and general advise on basis building 101. Most important....the pricing. Even prior to this epidemic, Aviv worked with me with my needs and pricing. This company is for the people. If it wasn't for the pricing, I would still have mold in my bathroom, looking for a decent priced contractor. Thank you Aviv!"

"I first used Ray Woods conastruction to repair my roof.  The work was done so well and so honestly that I had them bid on three other projects, replacing french doors, a total remodel of the master bathroom and a minor remodel of my guest bathroom. Their prices were good but more importantly I liked the style of Ray Woods.  He is very soft spoken, and he really listens and had some good ideas. The work was done on itme and in the time frame specified.  They were neat and cleaned up before they left every day.  Their staff was very professional and prompt.  We ran into a few surprises along the way but each one was handled in a professional and timely manner.  I would definitely use this contractor again."
