GUNN APPLIANCE SVC INCThis isn't the first we've called for an appliance repair (washer, dryer, refrigerator come to mind) and it probably won't be the last, but for sure it will always be the same business we've used all the other times: Gunn Appliance Service. Scott answered the call immediately, gave an estimated time of arrival and promptly bettered it by at least an hour (even calling to note he was on his way). He diagnosed the problem (with the dryer in this case) within minutes, explained what it was and why it occurred, installed the replacement pieces immediately (pausing only to explain that he was also changing some other parts that were worn, thus avoiding a future service call) and we had a working unit in less time than it takes to write about it. We have recommended Gunn Appliance to friends and neighbors with equally sterling results. For a timely repair, comprehensive product knowledge, unparalleled customer service and a reasonable price, there's just no need to experiment with any other company.- Pedro P.

I got a few names and worked with a few other technicians who seemed good and knew what my problem was and probably could have done the job, but for some reason didn't want to. I guess they felt the job wasn't profitable enough. This led to wasted of time, money and a lot more time without AC. Kelley AC got it done for me! I worked with Dean who was efficient from the first phone call, called me as soon as my part came in, was responsive when I had questions in the meantime, came when he said he would, did the job in less time than I thought, repaired a few other things my AC needed at no extra charge, got my AC running much cooler and quieter than before it broke, and charged me a VERY fair price. Don’t hire them! They are scammers! Come charge 60 dollars and they literally say: “we don’t repair the fridge, we just change parts”. Charge you and don’t even look into the problem. Sent a quote for 950 dollars for a repair that is tops 500, and they say it is an 8 hour labor!!!!! (Which we all Know it is not)
