Richard came out and did an estimate and when he could start the job. He provides excellent communication. He takes his time to make sure everything is done at a high level. I was very impressed with the skill of his work. My neighbors are already giving compliments! His son Richie also did a amazing job with a lot of the detail work. Richard is a professional and great person. I highly recommend him and he will be taking care of all my future painting projects.

We just had our house exterior painted by Richard Lopez LLC. I got an estimate from him based on all the positive reviews I read. And I 100% agree with all the good things said about him. His painting is meticulous. He can't stand to not do a good job and did a lot to "clean up" the poor job done previously. We had to leave town for a few days while he was here and he sent photos to let us know the progress. His communication was excellent before and during. I know many painters set a schedule and will just call the job done when they hit the day they think they should be done. Not with Richard. I never felt like he was rushing to get to his next job. He came back another day or two just to make sure the job was done right. When it comes time to do our interior I'll probably just call him and not shop around for prices. (FYI. I did shop prices for the exterior. Richard was 2nd lowest but less than 2% higher than the lowest bid. Well worth the little extra as far as I'm concerned.) Total house exterior painted Richard Lopez LLC did an absolutely excellent job. He is very meticulous, and detailed. Our home is a manufactured home, and required a lot of detail painting to complete.

We hired Richard Lopez Painting Co. to paint the interior of our home in 2017, when it came time to paint the exterior Richard was the one for us. Richard and his son Richie are excellent painters and even nicer people. Several homes in our neighborhood have been painted usually in just a day, but Richard does so much more than just pressure washing, and spray paint the house. Richard digs a small ditch around your home so that the paint will be all the way down to the foundation not just at the ground level. Richard re-caulks all your windows, doors and seams in Hardi-plank siding, repairs cracks in the stucco and repairs any rust damaged metal. Richard also applies an undercoat, so the paint adheres better. Once the actual painting begins Richard and Richie take their time, they do not rush just to get done. The finished project is a WOW. We highly recommend Richard and Richie Lopez you will not be disappointed.

Recently we decided to have the interior of our home repainted as well. After a couple of bad experiences with other painting contractors on interior projects since we moved into our home in Victoria Hills 13 years ago, we were leery of another bad experience. Based on the great job he did for us on our exterior, we decided to engage him to repaint the interior - and hope for the best, The best is exactly what we got! External Paint Job

Called Richard for estimate, arrived next day as stated, fair pricing, started work next day! He and Junior did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be any more pleased. They were punctual, neat, taking time to cover flooring and possessions. We would not hesitate to use Richard Lopez again!

Richard Lopez did a fine job, with deliberate care. Power washed on day one. Returned next day and caulked/masked windows and made our 50+ year old house look as good as new.

Absolutely wonderful! By the 2nd day, I was so ecstatic how wonderfully that they were doing. Very trustworthy and honest. It shows in his expertise that Richard is a 4th generations painter. If you have been thru painting before, then you know not all are as skilled and not all have the art of their craft down to the "T". But this man and his team has the "it" factor. They did an excellent job!!! If I could rate higher, I would. My home is beautiful and I am a real tough one to please. Just absolutely the most professional company! There were no shortcuts and no rushing!!! They used the best paint available. Our home looks like it is new! Inside and out. Lines are so straight that I am in awe! Baseboards are beautiful. All the doors look new. The walls look new! He doesn't stop until he is satisfied and he has high standards. I give them the upmost respect for having such a love for their craft. Let me add, they even watched out for our rescue dog! Spoke to him everyday and always made sure that he was ok. The pool deck looks brand new and that speaks volumes from where it was. Richard Lopez, LLC is one of the best painters around. His professionalism is unmatched. Our house had not been painted in over 15 years, so it required a lot of prep work. Richard and his crew meticulously sanded, caulked, applied rust inhibitor, and primed before painting. He took extra care to mask our new pavers and protect our plants. Once the final coat of paint was applied, we had a brand new looking house! He was very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. Mr. Lopez has a 3 month waiting list, but it was definitely worth the wait. The best are always in demand.

Excellent all around. Richard was easy to work with from beginning to end. He was honest and his work was outstanding. His pricing was very fair and there were no sales pitches or gimmicks, which made the process smooth and stress-free. He patched and painted a crack in our stucco, and repainted some fascia boards and soffits. He was able to match our existing colors perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. Great guys and very friendly and professional.
