They made sure that I was getting the correct parts for the repair I was making, and they took the time to give me some tips on how to install it properly.

The service was great and the plumbers were perfect.

The plumber gave me a quote. They showed up when promised and did the work for the price they quoted me.

The master bath toilet overflowed and I could not determine where the overflow actually came from except it did not fill the bowl and overflow from there. Absolute Plumbing response was quick to my off hour, night time emergency (same day/night as my call for service) . The price was a little expensive, I guess because it was a night time emergency. The nice plumber worked efficiently and solved the problem. All of the interior parts of the tank had to be replaced for both the master and second bathroom toilets. Thank-you!

Even though they were very busy, they came out the same day and made the repair.  The price was reasonable and the repairs were done quickly and correctly.

They inspected and gave me a very fair estimate. They also offered to contact another company to get my tub re-glazed and coordinate with the other company. They are very reliable, prompt, and courteous.

Performance was excellent. Arrived on time as promised(next day service). They were professional and price was fair for the work performed. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

The owner, Clint, is great and his crew did a nice job throughout our area as most homes needed to go on city water as the wells had become contaminated.

Arranged for the business owner, Clint, to come to my home the evening of Monday March 11th. He arrived promptly and described the work that would need to be completed. A written quote with detailed terms was provided before he left. I signed the contract and paid approximately 10% down on Tuesday March 12th. Permits were pulled and work started on Thursday, March 14th, and water service switched over from well to city on Friday, March 15th. City inspection was completed and passed on Monday March 18th. On Tuesday March 19th the well pressure tank was removed, water line trenches backfilled, and final payment collected. Everything has been working as expected.
I'm always very careful when I choose contractors, but I don't necessarily get multiple quotes. I'm more concerned that the work is performed in a professional and timely manner than trying to save a few dollars. The quote I received was in line with what I expected, and I felt confident that Absolute Family Plumbing would do a good job. They exceeded my expectations by competing the work in less than one week. 

I would use this company for future plumbing work.

When our drainline failed (essentially collapsed) during the holidays, and other plumbers were not available, Absolute Family Plumbing responded within hours. They diagnosed the problem correctly, installed a temporary fix while they rescheduled some less critical work and procurred material, replaced our drainline to the street and got us back in permanent operation very quickly. They and all their crew members were very knowledgable and professional.  We would not hesitate to use Absolute Family Plumbing again or recommend their services.

Water bill showed increase for a few months...called water company and they said I had a leak in the house.  Called a Handyman to check it out and he recommended Absolute Family Plumbing.  A young man arrive to do the job...after telling him what the water company said we concluded the leak was under the house.  The young man went under the house and soon came out saying my ice maker line was leaking...which he proceeded to repair.  After doing the repairs to the line he told me he had to run to the supplier down the street to get a small tee valve and he would be right back.  He was gone for 45 minutes.  After replacing the tee valve he said he was done and made a call to his boss.  He handed me a bill for $245.00 for what he claimed was 2 hours labor at $85.00 per hour and $75.00 for parts, which were not listed on the bill...I was shocked and he said I only do the repairs, the office does the billing?  They charged $75.00 for a 2 foot piece of PVC pipe and some glue and the $5.00 tee valve.  I feel I was overcharged for the labor and parts...the time they put in was around 1 hour to repair and 45 minuter running around????  OVERCHARGED,,,for labor and parts????

First visit: On July 6th we had a major leak in our hall bathroom. The leak caused extensive damage to our home. We contacted Absolute Family Plumbing before we called our insurance company. Mr. Hulslander arrived at our home within one hour of our emergency he got there before the insurance company called us back.  He quickly fixed the clog which lead to our water leak charging us only for a service call.

Second visit: After the insurance adjuster estimated the damages to our bathroom, hallway, 2 - bedrooms, and our family room; we called Mr. Hulslander back to get an estimate of the cost of the plumbing repairs we needed. Our bathroom had to be torn out to the studs to make the needed repairs. Mr. Hulslander and his employee, Matthew showed up at the scheduled time to perform the "rough-in" plumbing work which was extensive. Subsequent to this picture being taken, the tub was removed and the plumbers removed the old plumbing pipes in the wall.

Third visit: When the plumbers showed up on this day - they worked for 4 hours non-stop. They worked quickly and did not make a mess - which was surprising considering what needed to be done. The bathtub drain was moved to the center of the floor and they built a shower pan. (We are converting to a walk in shower from the tub shower combo). Despite the debris that was created by the jack hammer which was needed to cut into the foundation, not one speck of dust remained in the bathroom when they left!

What's next? Absolute Family Plumbing will return one more time to install the new bathroom fixtures once the tile company has completed their work.  We have found a plumbing company for life!!!
