It looked like they didn't pull it tight enough. They sent two other people out and they did their best to pull the wrinkles out of the carpet, but there is still a bubble around the fireplace so we will neve use them again. I would not recommend them because we were not pleased with the end results of our carpet. The carpet is still not right."
