Super unprofessional. Just glad to know this BEFORE I started my flooring project. I scheduled an estimate and a floor measurement for my new home. I had to schedule this with the realtor as I am out of the country. I get a call this evening, less than 24 hours before the appointment and was told the original guy couldn't do it. That's fine with me. But then the guy who's taking over gets on the phone and condescendingly tells me that if I didn't have my materials picked out, there's no point in them coming by. He obviously didn't want my business anyway. I am stationed overseas and will be relocating in roughly 45 days. I don't know what materials they offer and that was something I was going to inquire about with the original person since I picked out 3-4 styles. But really, he's the expert and therefore, would guide which would look best and last the longest. This second guy I talked to was just a jerk. I told him I would just keep looking for quotes and go with the other companies I contacted. And he just hung up. Seriously, I would rethink using this company!

I had Carpet purchase and installed by Bob Taylor's Installer. I had no problem whatsoever with the installation and my floors still look very nice. I will recommend them!

The second time the installers came out to correct their mistakes, they did not finish the job. Their excuse was that we were scrutinized their work so they cannot complete the installation. They have left a bigger mess in our house. We don't trust their workmanship! Horrible customer service.

Don’t trust service from Bob Taylor’s Carpet One store at Crestview, FL. Long story short, we have bought carpets from this store, customer service was great, UNTIL after the carpets were installed. Timeline: carpets were installed on 15 Jul. Today, almost 2 months later, our family is living in a state of disarray due to the carpet debacle. First the original carpets were a manufacture defected. Now we are having issues with the installation of the replacement carpets. We have had enough of the incompetent performance and lack of urgency by this store to resolve the issues. We wanted our money back, a full refund. They can take all the carpets, installed and uninstalled, back. The store manager sent us an email on 8 Sept after several follow up emails and calls from us. According to him, they are not willing to offer a refund but want to come back (for the third time) to complete the installation. Seriously?! They have an opportunity to make it right the second time, but had FAILED to do so. We no longer trust their service or anything they say. Additionally, on the second times the installers were in the house, their careless handling of large rolls of carpets when they carried them through the house has left damages to the walls and doorways. We do not recommend service from this store to anyone.

They were late. Took longer than they said. Said they would paint the trim before putting them in. Cut the trim the wrong way. They never called to see if their men did a good job or not. When I put my first review in.. they said to call them. Don't they know customer service.

They were very helpful in the selection of the flooring. The installers were to start at a certain time but one was late . They ran out of glue so they had to come back the next day to finish the job. No one from Carpet One followed up. Which we were surprised at.

My sister has used them through her business because she is a property manager and that's how I started using them.
