Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Austin was very professional and on time , extremely knowledgeable about all types of flooring and options to fit our budget, we are doing a total replacement in a two story 3000 sq ft home , Austin answered all of my wife and mine questions and actually listened to what we wanted and were trying to accomplish, great guy Christian, Veteran and very professional and polite didn’t try to over talk us and was direct and to the point, didn’t try the fast talk sells , would highly recommend

The sales team is very professional and knowledgeable as many of the employees have multiple years in this business wether employee’s or as past owners. Trust this, they do not “sale” you into products, they work with you all the way through and sell you what “you” want at reasonable prices.

On time and did professional installation

We are still in process so hard to judge final product. Our distance from project created some challenges but we ended up with an excellent product at an affordable price. Effort was made to finish product by deadline which was immensely helpful.

They called immediately. Set an appointment and arrived timely. They did the job when they said they would. The cleaned up after their work.

It looks good.  They showed up when they said they would and they went right to work and did it.  The workers that came out to install the carpet were fabulous.  The price seemed reasonable.  It looks good but who knows, it's got to hold up.  Their responsiveness was very good.

After some nightmare dealings trying to find someone reliable, I came across a referral for Coastal Carpets. I left voicemail and got a call back from Paul from Coastal within 30 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and helpful - very refreshing compared to my previous experiences. He lined someone up and called me back with approximate times within an hour. That person, Dan Speaker of DS&SS Floors, had one delay due to a family member injury but there was great communication, he showed up promptly for the expected time to begin work and he  was not only helpful and professional, he also left things tidy and did an outstanding job making sure everything was done properly. I was impressed and will definitely use their services again and recommend to others I know who are looking for excellent customer service and workmanship. In addition, the first day, Paul called me to make sure everything was going well and there were no problems. After dealing with people who would barely return phone  calls or who would promise to call back but then ignore you, dealing with someone who was actually proactive was wonderful.
