"I've been using PTPC for a few years now and plan to continue their service at our new home. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have while they're working. There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do."

"Had to call back multiple times throughout the three month period. The product does not last, we were constantly seeing something. There was always an excuse "it's the rain, it's the cold" ( No, we did not have an infestation, but we live by woods.) They specifically advertise that they provide rodent extermination/control. I had a mouse in my room and they gave me a glue trap. When I informed them that I had already tried this, he responded, "Mice are dumb." Obviously, it did not work and I had to catch the mouse by hand in a bucket. I wanted to make sure there were no rats in the garage because my dog kills them and they said there is nothing that they can do about that. (so what exactly am I paying for here?) I had several miscommunications about appointments. They changed them without notice. I asked them to come out and spray one last time before the 3 month term ended and they sprayed the inside and told me they couldn't treat the outside until the rain dried up. They came back to perform the OUTSIDE TREATMENT ONLY, and charged me for a new term of three months saying that it was a whole service performed. I have received countless bills and I called repeatedly and asked for management. It only took them 4 months to respond, only to tell me that I owe them an entire 3 months payment for the one OUTSIDE ONLY treatment they performed.
