"Brandon was prompt, courteous and thorough in developing the best approach to removing the squirrels in my attic. Despite some follow up scheduling challenges for both of us (life always gets a scheduling vote, right?), he came back out when requested, and finished the job after verifying no further squirrel activity in the attic. He also provided me with useful tips to monitor the situation and will follow up with a 6 month on-site recheck during squirrel breeding season. Really appreciate Brandon’s dedication and expertise to resolve the issue. Highly recommended! -Brent"

"After a night of scratching , sqeaking and no sleep I went to Google found Angi which lead me to Nuisance Wildlife and Dustin. After reading all the awesome reviews about Dustin and going through the website I knew I needed their services. Cyndee received my request and gave me a call the next day. After whining about my issue she told me he could come out the next day. She told me pricing which was budget friendly and I was exciting she told me Dustin was coming out. He came out and checked my problem and immediately went to work. That night I slept. No scratching. Total peace. Dustin went the extra mile to extract my unwanted guest an seal the entry spots. I have been pleased with their services and highly recommend this service to anyone with unwanted guest in their home. I was ecstatic how affordable it was and to receive a 2 year warranty was an amazing bonus. Thank you Cyndee for understanding, explaining the process, and thank you Dustin for restoring peace to my home. Professional, kindness, empity, and affordability is what you will gain when you request their services. Thank you NuisanceWildlife!"

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Woodpeckers usually feed on homes when there is a food source present, and termites are one possible source. However, the presence of woodpeckers doesn’t necessarily mean there are termites. They may also be feeding on more harmless insects like ants or spiders. If woodpeckers seem drawn to one particular part of your home’s siding, it might be worth hiring a termite inspector to check for the presence of these pesky critters.

Professional pest control services for birds and bats prevent property damage, preserve health standards by avoiding the buildup of droppings, and ensure humane removal and prevention techniques.

Using audio and visual methods to discourage birds might work initially, but birds tend to acclimate to them over time. While chemical deterrents can show some effectiveness, their results can be inconsistent. Some may dissipate too quickly, and there's a risk they might cause unintended damage to your surroundings. Additionally, birds might become immune or resistant to the impact of such treatments.

Some animals, such as bats or birds, will be able to get out of chimneys on their own since they can fly. Other animals, however, may have a harder time and will require the help of a professional to escape. Squirrels and raccoons in particular may become stuck inside a chimney, especially if you have a buildup of soot or creosote inside. This can prevent them from being able to climb out, in which case you’ll need to call an animal control expert to help remove them.

Rabbits face a range of formidable adversaries in rural and suburban areas. Natural predators such as hawks, foxes, bobcats, raccoons, coyotes, and weasels pose significant threats to their survival. These skilled hunters target bunnies for food, contributing to regulating rabbit populations. Outdoor housepets can be enemies, too, particularly dogs and cats. And loud little humans playing in your yard make great rabbit deterrents, too.
