Wonderful. More expensive than the rest but very much worth it!

Walter, Jeremy, and Chris were outstanding!! They took their time to thorough go through the entire home. They walked me through each step of the way, gave maintenance tips, and offered great advice. By far the best home inspection experience I have ever had. Definitely hire Walter, you will not be disappointed.

Walter and Jeremy were extremely thorough and professional.  They were quick to respond  to all calls and punctual for the appointment.  They both took the time to carefully walk through the process, all elements, and any issues and explained things in detail.  Walter also provided additional useful information for any home owner.

Based on my experience with Walter and Jeremy, I would highly recommend Ace Inspections  and would trust them for any future inspections.  Given that a home purchase is one of the most expensive purchases one will make, they were worth every penny and I'm certainly walking away more confident in my home purchase.

Contractor was very professional and thorough. I was on a time crunch and was very busy, so I just provided him my realtor contact information and desired timeframe, and he coordinated everything for me. I attended only the last hour of the inspection (very thorough, and took almost 3 hours).
Walter explained the whole process for me, what all they inspected and what all they found. He also showed me several photos of areas they checked that I could not easily see (inside the roof, on the roof, utility connections, etc...). He also explained what is considered an acceptable range for some tests such as water pressure and power voltage, and explained what mine were for comparison. All this was followed up with a formal hard copy report with picture and more detailed supporting documentaion the next day for my own records.
He clearly and adequately addressed all concerns I had. He provided great tips on what to watch for and how to best maintain the home. He also proved a home guide book, research information in the property itself, and contact information for all of the relevant utility companies.
This was only my second time purchasing a home, but the services from Ace Inspections was by far superior to my previous whole home inspection by another provider for my last home. I hope this is our home for the long haul, but if not, I would definitely utilize them for any possible future home purchase in the local area.26

Walter did a full home inspection for a property that we are looking at purchasing. He was professional, on time and very thorough. The inspection took about 4 hours. Walter made sure we understood what was going on and answered all of our questions. He was also able to perform a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation for us. We would definitely recommend others use Walter for their inspections, he did a great job!

Walter from Ace and his co-worker, Jeremy arrived and got most of the inspection done before I arrived at the house. Walter showed me several of the issues that he and his team discovered. They were very detailed and took their time. I feel more educated about the house that I am buying now because of Ace Inspections.

My mother had used Ace Inspections two years ago when she bought a house locally, and I met Mr. Lindberg at that time and liked him. It made sense to me to go with someone I was already familiar with, when needing an inspection on a house I wanted to buy. Mr. Lindberg is professional, courteous, friendly, and knows what he's doing. I was very confident that he would find any issues with the house, and thankfully he found no serious issues at all (1965 home). He explained the inspection to me and showed me the photos he had taken. In addition to the typical buyer's home inspection, I also needed inspections done to procure homeowners insurance so he also performed a Wind Mitigation inspection and a 4-Point (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roof) due to the age of the home. Each of those inspections was a separate charge, but overall the price was not unreasonable and I feel confident that I got my money's worth. I would recommend Mr. Lindberg to anyone needing an inspection done. Two-thumbs up!

Since our home is nearly 40 years old I did not think we would have the hurricane clips and other things that would lower our homeowner's insurance but on the advice of Mr Allen Bell of Legacy Insurance, we decided to have the inspection done. Mr Lindberg, who performed the inspection, was friendly, thorough, and professional and explained what he was doing and finding on the roof and in the attic. He emailed us and the insurance company copies of his report and, based on his findings, we were given a substantial discount on our insurance.

Complete home inspection. from the foundation up to the roof was all covered. All electric outlets, all switches, power box and main breaker box. water presser and all outlets. Windows, doors, and even when in the attic. walk the roof. Took very good pictures of all items. Hand walked me through the whole process of inspecting the house. Used thermal imaging tech. to look for problems with insulation and leaks. He showed me all the possible problems areas and the strong points about the house. It was an eye opening experience and very help full.
