I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "Tibi called back the same afternoon and came out with his father the next day to give us an estimate. Very pleasant young man, easy to work with. Came in mid range of 4 estimates. They were able to start the next week. Pressure washed the house, driveway and patio the first day. Second day did caulking and prep which included fixing cracks in the stucco. Two more days to paint soffit/fascia with sprayer and roller the stucco. Couldn’t be more pleased! Everything looks beautiful! Tibi’s father was the true craftsman on this job. He does fantastic work and is efficient, neat and thorough."

"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"We are new to the area and Matt came recommended by a neighbor. We were able to view a condo that he had recently completed and we were impressed. When we contacted him, he was happy to work within our timeline and budget - and our project was a complete gut job! During the renovation, I especially appreciated his communication skills as we were living in another state as the work progressed. Matt checked in frequently providing video and photos as well as discussing any changes we might address. When we were able to see the finished product - we were thrilled! The renovation exceeded our expectations. Matt also met us and we walked through the unit. He also helped out with a few final projects. I would highly recommend him for any renovations in the future."
