Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "I had a rather substantial lap siding job done. Taken down to studs and put up new plywood and Hardie siding. All work including soffits, painting, and new doors was excellent. Fast, professional, on time, and cleaned the area thoroughly daily. I am very hard to please, and I was extremely happy. Additionally, great communication throughout."

"The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!"

The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
