     I hired Jerry of Lasting Creations, LLC to fix some structure issues that had resulted form years of settling. The home is located close to the beach. Years of salt air etc. had caused stress cracks on the front corners of the home. Jerry completely chipped back the brittle cracked stucco and reenforced it with hydrolic cement to take care of the structure cracks.  He re-stuccoed the front of the home, put coins which are the square raised patterns on the corners, four in all. Around the windows he built solid concrete bands, with keys, which are diamond shaped accent pieces at the top of each window, as well as the top of the garage. I am very pleased
with the results! Jerry is a hard working independent business owner, don't let the tattoos fool you. Jerry is a man of integrity. I gave him a deposit check approximately a month and a  half before the job was started. He held the check until the day he physically started the job. He showed up on time, he preformed to the letter of our contract. Jerry takes pride in his craft. He may not be your cheapest bid....But keep in mind sometimes the cheap comes out expensive, especially if you have to rehire someone to come and fix shotty workmanship. I would definitely hire Jerry of Lasting Creations LLC. again in the future.

Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. "If you speak to Joe by phone, he does not come out to the job site to sell you the HVAC unit. When you sign the estimate agreement, make sure he puts every detail of the job you need done, even though you emailed him or text him. The installers are sub-contractors and only go by what Joe tells them. Thus, in our situation, the condenser had to be moved from original location 8', which I text before the estimate was done. That was $675 more on top of estimate. The breakers for the unit were not to code and cost me an additional $450 to hire an electrician. The installers installed the unit knowing that the copper tubing from the inside unit to original copper tubing we had was much bigger and this could ruin our system over time and not function properly. This could have been changed out right then and there with install. This cost me an additional $1,100 after install as installer had to come back. According to the inspector, Iron Air should have paid for the breaker cost."
