Get matched with top structural engineers in Clermont, FL

"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"I had to get someone to do structural inspection quickly and Luis seemed to be the only person available. All others were busy, taking vacation, or not responsive. Price was more expensive than what others offered but my area was Sussex county and I needed an engineer asap. Report turnaround was the next day (wow!).

There were some follow up questions I asked Luis but I felt he was being too professional in answering them, I guess that can be a good thing for them, but not for me. I was just looking for basic opinions on the shape of the house but Luis was for some reason representing these questions as some kind of warranty. I'm not sure if this is the norm for structural engineers, but whatever.

Anyways, Luis was great, I wish the price was cheaper for what I got but I guess the urgency of the inspection made up for it."

"We hired Marcus at MAJ Engineering to design a new tiny home model we had in mind. He created a floorplan and a 3D animated rendering of the new model. Very impressive! He's highly recommended."

"Luis came to my home on time, did the work correctly and to my satisfaction . He wore Neat and proper work clothes and all his tools looked new (or very well taken care off). A few issues with install did not changed the quoted cost given. He was friendly, professional and did the work correctly!!. Thanks!"

"Hire them. One of your largest and most important investments is in your home. We took on a remodel and decided to self contract. We had no idea the scope of work that was involved. NONE. We interviewed 3 architects and decided to place our trust in Mitch Powers at JBW. He was very in tune with what we were hoping to achieve and responsive to all of our questions. In the process, we have learned so much and are so thankful that we have such a skilled team on our side to help us navigate our dreams. They have defended our Architectural plans with engineering on several occasions to our subcontractors and our inspectors. Twice, our subs messed up and we had to 'fix' the problems.... the JBW team stepped right up and were with us every step of the way. We could not have came this far without them. Looking for a team with vision, that will be right with you in the trenches? choose the team that will see you thru to the finish line."

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"Gave me excellent advice that allowed me to proceed on my own."

"Warren Barry drafted the plans for our residential assisted living facility, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He treated the project like his own ? communicative, responsive, and consistently ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. What set Warren apart was how he engaged with our vision. He understood our goals and translated them into thoughtful, well-executed plans, while offering smart suggestions that went beyond architecture into the business side of the project. After working with him, Warren is the only architect we feel comfortable scaling our business with. As we open additional facilities, we have full confidence he can deliver the same quality and partnership at every stage. If you want an architect who is talented, dependable, and genuinely invested in your success, hire Warren. Five stars, without hesitation."

"Provided exemplary detailed proposal for our project. Plans will be prepared in the near future by Arterbury Architects with construction to follow. Has gone beyond the call of duty by continuing to assist and provide advice with respect to home improvement issues in general. Excellent professionalism and customer service."
