I believed in the good reviews from others. I had him come out and paid $300 (never got a receipt). He was supposed to send me the information and estimate but once he left the property, I never heard from him again. Despite texted, called, and emailed home and no response at all. I have waited for more than 10 days without hearing from him before submitting this review.

"First, please note that as verified with website representative... the website did not send lead for this customer. Customer requested a review of preliminary design plans for the proposed house to be built on site of property he was looking to purchase. Plans had been prepared for the current owner. On the same day and without charging any fee. I reviewed plans and sent an email with a brief explanation that I thought the design was deficient. I also listed a proposed fee for a site visit and consultation. The customer agreed and I performed site visit which took about 3 hours total time during which I gave customer my opinions about requirements for the foundation on a difficult site with steep slopes. I also gave him a rough estimate of the fee for new foundation plans. He seemed satisfied with my services at that point. The customer sent one email the next day. He asked for "details" of revised design which was not part of the scope for my services. After that, there were no further emails. He sent a text on the day of site visit there are no other texts. I do not recall any phone discussions after the site visit. He did not even provide any mailing address."

My wife and I really appreciated the effort that John of âStructural Supportâ put into easing our concerns about our house stability issues. From the time John met with us, he patiently listened to our concerns and walked us through our homeâs repair needs. He delivered all follow-up services on time and with the utmost degree of professionalism. His structural analysis and repair specifications were thoroughly detailed and comprehensive. But, what we most appreciated about John was that when we asked him about an unrelated structural issue involving our front steps he took the time to offer an on the spot analysis of that issue as well at no extra cost. Overall, we were very satisfied with Structural Support and we know that other clients must be as well.

I had to make 3 calls to finally get John to show up for an estimate. He did a professional examination of the space and promised a report in one week. I never got the report. I would not recommend this service.

"Customer paid modest amount for detailed inspection in July 2015 and verbal report during inspection. There was separate issue of plans which customer did not pay for and were not produced. Please note that we do not perform any inspection without charge and do not provide estimate except on phone or via email."

John Mann was very thorough in his inspection, discussed things in a clear way and wrote up the required structural report very quickly and professionally. The services I needed were an inspection and report to analyze a structural issue. He was very reasonable and I would certainly use his services again.
