I believed in the good reviews from others. I had him come out and paid $300 (never got a receipt). He was supposed to send me the information and estimate but once he left the property, I never heard from him again. Despite texted, called, and emailed home and no response at all. I have waited for more than 10 days without hearing from him before submitting this review.

From the time John met with us, he patiently listened to our concerns and walked us through our home’s repair needs. He delivered all follow-up services on time and with the utmost degree of professionalism. His structural analysis and repair specifications were thoroughly detailed and comprehensive. But, what we most appreciated about John was that when we asked him about an unrelated structural issue involving our front steps he took the time to offer an on the spot analysis of that issue as well at no extra cost. Overall, we were very satisfied with Structural Support and we know that other clients must be as well.

I had to make 3 calls to finally get John to show up for an estimate. He did a professional examination of the space and promised a report in one week. I never got the report. I would not recommend this service.
