"We've had a high impression on them. It was the best interaction we've had with any contractor either with painting or with flooring. They quoted us for under $3000. In the estimate process, I thought that Premier was tops. They were the most cordial. He was very sophisticated in his interaction. He spoke quite knowledgeably about what he was doing.
