We called because of scratching in the attic. Mr Felicione came out and inspected and said what it was. We had two other quotes, his was the best price and the other company said we had the same possible problem that he did. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs animal control in or around their home. You will get an honest assessment and solution for what needs to be done.

I called them about some rodents in my attic that I had caught. I wanted to find out how they were getting in and how to stop it. Jonny (the owner) came out the next day and went over my entire house explaining potential entry points, different pest and how they could enter the home and insight on the pests themselves. Jonny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also went over in detail the services he offers and options. Since Jonny helped me I have not had an issue with anything getting into my attic. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them for any wildlife pest related issues. Great to work with and experts in the field. They are on my permanent list if anything arises in the future.

A squirrel was frequently seen climbing down my lanai screen. I was suspicious that he might be entering the attic by way of the roof ridge vent which was missing a end cap. John the owner installed a one way door device to the ridge vent so if there was any animal still in the attic, he would be able to come out but not be able to enter again. It was left on for a week, and then removed and permanently sealed up. John sealed all vent pipes for the bathrooms with some kind of screening and the other end of the ridge vent. He also cut two branches of a queen palm that was overhanging the roof and therefore, possibly preventing a squirrel to use the branches to jump on the roof. He was punctual and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to get rid of an unwanted animal house intruder!

Johnny Felicione, owner, came to my home the next morning after I called him just before 5:00 pm the previous day. He identified that a raccoon had broken into my attic, and he placed traps over and near the hole on the roof that would catch a raccoon either going into the trap or out of the hole on the roof. An adult, female raccoon was trapped the very next day. He left the traps in place for a further week to catch any other adult or baby raccoons coming out of the attic or trying to get back into the attic. The temporary patch he placed over the hole on the roof was very well done and I will probably leave it there until I re-shingle the roof in the next year. Mr. Felicione shared his knowledge of raccoon behavior with me, and he was very pleasant. He further periodically contacted me to inquire as to whether I heard any more sounds coming from my attic.

I called because of the other positive reviews I read about this company . I was not disappointed! Mr. Felicione was able to come inspect the attic on the same day and arranged to come begin getting rid of the pests very quickly. He not only got rid of the pests that were already in the attic, but he took steps to prevent more issues. He was extremely professional and courteous and always on time. I would highly recommend using Mr. Felicione and his company.

Excellent. Squirrels in the attic are so gross and Johnny was positive, responsive, easy to work with, had all his equipment, great at detail.

Johnny, (the owner), immediately responded to my phone call and was quick to provide the help needed!  Never having to deal with squirrels in our attic before, it was refreshing that he was available so fast to rid us of our issues!  He was very gracious in his explanations and informative in his plan for the solution.

Johnny installed one way cages so the squirrels that were making our attic their home could not reenter once they left to seek food and water.  In addition, Johnny sealed up any possible entry point so that once the cages were removed they could never get back in!

Moving to a new area and dealing with the stress of so many vendors, many of which do not fully understand customer service, can be overwhelming.  However, it was absolutely refreshing to contract a company that understands how to treat people!  I probably talked too much, but Johnny was accommodating and gracious as I asked questions and bent his ear!

John was on time, very pleasant and quickly explained that if any animal had entered the attic they needed an entry point. He climbed on roof to check and did not find any point of entry for an animal to enter the attic.. He felt that noise may be coming from bathroom fan. He also then went up in attic to look for signs of animals. He replaced screen on fan vent. John was very professional and a pleasure to hire. I would highly recommend him and call him for any future animal issues

Johnny came came out the next morning and surveyed the attic. Although no signs of rodents were present, he discovered several entry points which he closed. He also placed three rat traps to rule out anything hiding up there. Johnny provided a great service, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended! I had a squirrel die in my chimney and I could hear others romping around in the space above my ceiling. Johnny came out and got the dead squirrel out, which made my life a lot better immediately! Then he closed off all access to their little hideaway in such a way that they could get out but not back in. He made a wire cage over the chimney opening. I live in an oak hammock so I have to co-exist with squirrels. I am very surprised that Johnny could manage this situation so quickly. Johnny is personable, has a good attitude and doesn't subject you to the hard-sell B.S. that I have gotten from some other service providers from Angie's List. He could see that I couldn't believe that the situation was fully in hand for the future (simply because there are a lot of squirrels here), so he gave me a verbal warranty to ease my mind. I believe he is a man of his word, and that if they get back in, he will come back out and deal with it without charging me. Price paid $425.00 including Angie's List discount.

Johnny was great, although I had wish that the Raccoons would of left under their own accord.. would of saved us money, lol However, we read the reviews on Johnny  and the service he provides is well worth it. He set 2 live traps fixed the roof areas where the raccoons were gaining access, and came back as many times necessary to assure the raccoon problem was eradicated. We always found Johnny professional ,cordial, and very knowledgeable. He lets you know up front as to what needs to be done, and provides you with the cost. We highly recommend Johnny. 

Went very well. Johnny checked traps several times. We have had critters in our attic before and did not want to take a chance there was a raccoon in our attic. Charge was reasonable. Johnny wad very knowledgable. Would use again.

All openings were successfully sealed. We no longer have any animals in the attic. Johnny was knowledgeable, professional, and honest.

He was 1/3 of the price of everyone else we contacted. He did not require monthly service charges. He came out, set traps, rodent proofed the access points where they were entering our house. He came back the next day, removed the dead rodents from our attic that he had caught in the traps he placed. He came back several times to check the traps and even set more traps in the soffit cause I was hearing noises. He came back on Jan 5, 2016 and finished closing all access points and checked the traps again. His service includes a 2 year warranty against any more rodents in the house. He was prompt, very polite and nice to talk to. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone with the same problems.
