My dog has had an ear infection for over a year and Dr.Brooks has never been able to resolve the issue after expensive tests and treatment costing 130 dollars every month. This Vet is a joke and only cares about making money and does not care about your pet.I would not recommend this Vet to anyone to care for their loved pet.

I have recently got two puppies and I took them to the office for check up and to receive their first and second set of shots. On the afternoon of our first visit the office was busy, and we had to wait around 35-40 minutes before being seen. The second time we were there, we did not experience any wait and the doctor assistant was very nice. Over all, I would definitely recommend the office.

You get what you pay for. Excellent care. The animals are in excellent health. They're very responsive. I've never had any problems with them.

Dr Sabshin was thorough and attentive, as always. She's helped us through a number of illnesses that are typical when adopting a rescue dog. I've been impressed with her knowledge, compassion, and professionalism. Dr Brooks is also an excellent veterinarian, and the staff is simply wonderful. I'd recommend Animal Health Center without hesitation to anyone who wants the best care possible for their animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They gave me an estimate - which was very reasonable - and came in a bit under. Everyone there was so friendly, and very focused on giving excellent customer service. I'm new to the area - and this is my new Vet!! Dr Brooks really was incredible... He was also recommended by customers of the dog groomer I found - agree with every other view I read here...

It went well. He has a great office staff, they are very welcoming. He has great personality and interacts with the animals very well. He is also very knowledgeable. He is very pro law enforcement and welcomes law enforcement animals.

They got us in quickly, performed services quickly, and were friendly and professional as always. We recommend them highly!

Our cat is not a lover of veterinarians because of some bad past experiences, but tolerates Dr. Brooks very well.

We find Dr. Brooks to be a very compassionate veterinarian who takes the time to answer all questions. His staff is very well trained and are also very kind and willing to help when you call. Dr. Brooks and his staff are without a doubt the BEST we have ever had for our animals. We wish we had found him sooner.

They were very nice. They have different costs for different things. Each time you go it's different. Because sometimes one might go for blood work, next time for medication and other different things. It's a new facility and it's nice. The people there are very nice. Their wait times are very reasonable. We wound up going to a different facility for the treatment as they did not provide that particular service. I found them while researching online. We ultimately went to a facility that provided the treatment we were looking for.

Our 13 year old Choc Lab hurt his shoulder and was not moving much at all. Staff and Doctors were excellant as always. These pros always take great care and are super!

They were very good with our puppy and they made him feel very relaxed. They were very open and friendly with him. He wasn't afraid at all. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the place.

My husband and I previously visited for a tour of their new facility. We met the doctor and his staff and were given a complete tour. We were very impressed with the new state-of-the-art machines and equipment. When we took our dog for her exam, the staff greeted us with a great deal of warmth. They treated our dog with tender care and took their time to help her relax and feel comfortable. The doctor gave us a full report after each step of the examination and we were extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

This is a brand new state of the art (ex-heated surgery table) animal care facility (opened July 2008) owned by Dr. Roy Brooks, a second generation locally based veterinarian and University of Florida Gator:). Dr. Brooks and his staff have created a welcoming environment, they make you feel like they are part of the family. They take the time to treat each customer as a guest, answer all questions and even call to follow up after a procedure to check on the wellness of the patient. This practice will meet or beat on line prices for medication. We have four family members that are Jack Russell Terriers and we would have no one else care for our Dogs!!

Making the appointment for my cat was quick and efficient. A very friendly staff greeted me in their brand new facility. I could tell that they were genuinely concerned about the health of my cat. The assistant stayed with my cat and me while we waited for the doctor. This was a very short wait. While I waited for the technician to take my cat s temperature and weight, the doctor gave me a short tour of his facility. He spent a long time examining her and explained in detail the actions necessary to get my cat healthy. My cat is doing very well and I think she will like her next visit. The thing I liked best about the doctor is that he wanted to approach the problem conservatively and not push expensive procedures on my cat.
