Excellent facility, staff and ownership. No need to try another, we have our vet.

They are all "A"s. They are exceptional. They go above and beyond and don't need to improve anything. The facility is clean and professional. The veterinarians love the animals.

They were excellent. The wait time was maybe under a half a hour. My husband said they were the nicest people.

We've been taking our pets to Quail Hollow for over 8years.  Our primary reason is Dr. Tanner!   We love his warm, reassuring
demeanor.   He is very knowledgeable and consistently takes the time to patiently listen to our questions/concerns and addresses them thoroughly.  He is wonderfully kind, calm and caring with our "not so cuddly" kitties and our "protective" American Eskimo dog. He is great whether we are there for a routine visit or in a crisis.  We also enjoy seeing Megan at the front desk and talking with her when we call in.

I have had to put a few animals down in my lifetime. Quail Hollow made this horrible moment so much easier than any other experience I have ever had. They actually really genuinely care and take your feelings into consideration. Even the awkward moment of paying for it was made easy and quick. They have a garden out back that they offered to us. It has a gazebo with a lovely waterfall. Zeus loved laying in the sun so what a perfect way for him to peacefully go. They also followed up with flowers and a card. So thoughtful. I had debated whether to switch vets due to the little bit higher prices but I will now gladly pay a little more. Thank you Quail Hollow for making such a horrible day a little easier.

We absolutely love Quail Hollow Animal Hospital. They have been our pet's family doctors since they moved to the Wesley Brook location. They have seen us through the lost of 5 pets over the years and were kind and compassionate through them all. We have had new baby exams, annual exams and traumas. Dr. Goss is fabulous. She is very straightforward and you always feel like you have a full understanding of what is going on with your pet. Dr. Tanner is great. He is very thorough and listens to your concerns. I was quite impressed with Dr. Scaccia. She was patient and sympathetic when we were going through a difficult time making the decision to euthanize two of our babies. We chose her to continue the care of our new babies and are very happy with our decision.
Adding to the wonderful trio of doctors, the staff at Quail Hollow Animal Hospital is like no other. They are warm, friendly and always willing to assist you. Check out the Pet Pal program. It helps you manage the costs of annual exams and vaccinations with monthly payments.
With all of this awesomeness in one place, how could you go anywhere else?

We've been clients of Quail Hollow Animal Hospital for years, and Dr. Goss is absolutely the best there is. Dr. Tanner is excellent, too. The whole staff is professional, compassionate and helpful. Some of the prices are a little high, but you can't get better care at any other vet's office. We rescue dogs, and have several of our own. Over the years they have been right on with each and every diagnosis. We have trusted both Dr. Goss and Dr. Tanner with all of our dogs, and they've never failed us.
They have both have done numerous surgeries and procedures over the years on our dogs (our dogs are our and quot;kidsand quot;), and as much as I worry about having surgery on any one dog, I don't ever worry that they're in any danger or that either doctor is going to make a mistake, and that is such a huge relief!

They found out that my dog had a malignant tumor. We had to put her down. They handled it very well. They were terrific. I would recommend them to anybody to use their service. They are just terrific people. They were really terrific. Their facility was really immaculate. They cared for my dog on numerous occasions over the last ten years. They were straight tutors. They tell me what the problem is in a manner that allows me to make decisions without feeling the pressure. They were very timely. They were perfect people. I would use them in the future.

I received a flyer in the mail from Quail Hollow which entitled me to a free initial exam for one pet. (I just moved into the area.) It just so happens that I took in a stray last week, so I called Quail Hollow to see if I could use my exam on the new dog. They scheduled me an appointment for the very next day and took down all of my info. I went in at my appointment time and was taken to the room immediately - no wait! I had the free exam with Dr. Collinsworth, and she was fantastic. She recommended a treatment plan, and left the decision of the treatment completely up to me - in other words - no pressure from the vet. I had the dog vaccinated, tested for heartworms, and a fecal test done on the spot. The exam was thorough, but the appointment didn't take longer than an hour, which is great. I was completely over the moon about this vet, and am considering making my other 2 dogs patients at this facility as well.

We are new to Wesley Chapel and had not yet acquired the service of a Vet for our 2 dogs. In May (just before we were due to leave on a trip abroad) our dog started throwing up blood and I called to see if I could get an appointment. Quail Hollow just happens to be the closest animal hospital (maybe a mile) to our home and I was relieved when they said they would see him right away. They were great and the attention that our dog got was as well. I felt that the Vet there was thorough and professional. He gave me advice that I felt comfortable he himself would have followed were it his dog. Kind of a and quot;wait and see how he doesand quot; approach, instead of running all kinds of tests right away. His advice was spot on and our dog was up and back to his normal self in a couple days.
We will definitely be taking our dogs there in the future for all their health needs. : )

I've used them forever although they are not cheap. They are pricey. My cat was peeing all over my woods floors, but they solved the problem. It's a full service veterinary hospital. They do the surgery right there. They have lab facilities there. I don't have to wait for results. They do just about everything there. Dr. Heidi Goss is the owner. She did surgery on my dog that the only other place that would have done it is another animal hospital down in Tampa who wanted $4000. They are the money grabbers. She did it for $1000. It was a two and a half hour surgery. I've been seeing Dr. Goss for a number of years. She's built this place a few years ago. I started going to her when she first started in this area and I've follower her to the new place. It's been at least 5 years, but she does the surgery herself. Otherwise I would have had to go down to a full scale animal hospital in Tampa and they charge like a people hospital. She did my dog's surgery which took her two and a half hours. She did it right and he's fine. She's the best. She's a lot cheaper than the other place. If it's a serious stuff like cancer or something then one can afford to pay. Dr. Goss is a skilled surgeon. She removes tumors and does all kinds of stuff. She's awesome. I really can't recommend them for basic stuff. It is not cheap, but their skill and everything is absolutely 10 out of 10. They are fantastic. I would continue to use them in the future.

First time visit for both our dogs. One is a puppy requiring updates on her puppy shots, the other a 6 year old dog requiring whatever shots needed. Information was provided from prior vet. Doctor required a return visit and said that she would need to follow up with previous vet regarding what shots were required for older dog. My husband brought back the dogs for the follow-up appointment and the younger dog was given additional shots, and the older dog given nothing even though we learned she needed a rabies and bordetella shot later. The record keeping and communication was very poor. They claim my husband should have told them what dog needed the shots. Puppy may have been given too many shots. In addition, everything is done outside of owner's view (no confidence that they keep track of what/who they are helping). Would not go back. Paid over 500 for both visits, and one dog did not even get what she needed.
