Christine was great! She works very hard, is very patient and really cares about the dogs! We have 2 Havanese puppies that needed their first groom at 16 weeks, and they really needed it! Christine asked me to stay for the first time or two, until the puppies were acclimated. I was impressed with everything she did and how she cared for our pups. She explained everything to me throughout her process and also followed up with a courtesy call the next day. Plus, she mailed us 2 cards with a picture of each dog, for their "first cut!" Very customer service oriented! We are now on her schedule to come regularly. I'm glad I found Christine on Angie's List and would definitely recommend her to others.

We still use her. She's fantastic. I refer her to everybody that I know that has animals. She's one of those kind of people that loves your animal. I will always refer her. There are no dislikes. We have no fear with our two dogs. She loves them as much you love them. We know that she's always going to take care of them and not do something because it may hurt them. She is going to make sure that she watches out. We've been to multiple places and no one does what she does. That's why we drive an hour and a half just to drop them off to her.

We have been going to Christine for about 4 years. She is a very sweet, compassionate and professional individual that really cares about her work. She calls to remind you of appointments and then calls afterwards to see if you are satisfied with the grooming.

She can handle difficult dogs, like ours, that doesn't like to be groomed. She is patient and takes the time she needs to get the job done correctly and makes sure you are satisfied with her work when you pick up your pet.

We defintely give Christine an A+ for her rating and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer.

I am so glad I found this provider through Angie's List. Christine is fabulous and is a total pet person. My dog can get stressed but never stressed at Christine's. She has a way with dogs and treats them as her own.

Christine is the utmost professional who truly loves her job. She took great care in discussing our doggie's needs since this was our first visit at Canine Country Club. Maddie looked like a true Wheaten Poodle when we arrived to take her home. Christine not only was concerned with Maddie but wanted us to be totally satisfied as well. We will definitely return in the future and even made a future appointment.

After having a bad experience at another groomer, I was very impressed with Christine. She is a professional and is meticulous about the dog being perfect, and making sure the owner is happy! Her salon is impeccable. I wish we found her sooner.

This was a great experience for us ,but mostly for the dogs.....at the end of their session our two dogs did not show any signs of, "GET US OUT OF HERE NOW !! " Christine set aside 3 hours for each dog and only had our dogs during that period...therefore there was no pressure in getting the dogs done in short order...both our dogs are small. Christine met us out in her driveway at 7:50am for our 8:00am appointment.....she told us she usually only takes one dog at a time, however because our two have anxiety problems when they are separated she said she would see how it worked out with them together...luckily they behaved well enough. Christine was very thorough about each dog's background check in regards to behavior, medical, and specifics of each dog's type of cut and look that we wanted. She went over how she would work with each dog, and explained how she would go about trimming their nails and dew claws......all this in an impeccable facility.

For me the biggest concern was that our two friends did not get traumatized by the process, which has happened with other groomers......they not only came away WELL GROOMED, but also HAPPY! We received a phone call when they were done before the six hours were up and picked up two clean puppies that did not smell like a perfume aisle in a dept. store at the mall.

Christine is a lovely lady that obviously loves her job. She is very professional. On the first groom she went over exactly what I wanted with his groom. She is very kind and her facility is very clean. She does only 1 dog at a time so its less stressful for the dog. I have used many groomers before but she did by far the best job. Her price is fair but actually her work is worth it.

From the minute you meet Christine, you can tell she definitely is a "pet lover"! She groomed my girl beautifully! She listened to my concerns regarding my previous groomer and even took notes! She's very patient and caring, too! She also gave me a follow-up call to see how my girl was and to make sure I was pleased, which I totally was!

Christine goes the extra mile and then some to make sure you are extremely pleased with the results.  She is gentle and loving to our dog and extremely professional.  She took extra care, this time especially, as our dog has an injured knee cap.  She would not clip our dog until we had Vet permission.  We appreciate that her first concern is for the dog.  Our Maddie is a Maltese-mix--lots of white hair! Now she looks like a princess!

Christine went over all she did, she showed us how she did it.  The salon is immaculate! I have an older dog who loves her-he runs in to see her. She is very careful with dogs that have hip and leg problems.  I feel she is exceptional with an attention to detail.  She is the best ever!
