They did the entire job in one day, which included new skirting, washing, installing new downspouts and new hardware on awnings that needed it, painting the mobile home white, and the trim dark green, and completely cleaning everything up when they were finished. The cost was unusually reasonable for all that work by 2 men for 10 hours. Mr. Osario even came back today to paint a couple of strips beneath my door that hadn't been done. One of my neighbors has already asked me for their info. I'm extremely pleased with the results. It looked really bad before. The mobile home park mgmt required the work to be done, but I would have done it anyway, because I'm putting it up for sale."

"The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

"When a contractor shows up for an appointment on time it shows respect for his work and to his prospective customers. Mr Clyde showed up for the appointment right on time and gave me a detailed estimate in writing explaining all phases of the project and the price of it which was very much appreciated. His professionalism compared to two other contractors I called for this project exceeded by far the competition in price and professionalism. The stucco installation was done and passed all the inspections done by Osceola county. My house shows a great improvement. GREAT JOB!!!!!!"

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
