Matt and his personnel have been very professional and prices have been reasonable. I have had no complaints on the quality of cost of their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Not knowing what to expect, I asked for a general idea of the cost for the repairs and, with a disclaimer of course that there may be more needs when they arrive, they happily gave me an estimate on several of the parts. Those they had on hand are commercial grade which was higher quality and more expensive than what my little house needed so I asked if they would install the parts if I purchased a few on the list and they said yes. They still provided some parts but buying the most expensive parts myself saved me about $200. I really appreciate their flexibility as I'm sure it hit their bottom line a bit. All in all, I highly recommend them.

We discovered a small water puddle in the garage and found that it was coming from a water pipe in the wall supplying the clothes washer. We called Buhrle because they have done previous work for us and two plumbers showed up within 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it within the next 2 hours. In addition, I had them install ball valves on the cold and hot water lines before they enter the crawl space area to make future repairs easier. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I have always found Buhrle to be very responsive and helpful, and the prices always seem very fair.  I am so happy to have a plumber that I know I can call on for day-to-day needs as well as emergencies.  I would highly recommend them!  Great company staffed by great people!

Burhle plumbing did an outstanding job.  We use them for various needs and have had great success with toilet flange repairs, leaking drain lines, etc.  Always have asked for Merle (spelling?), he is very thorough, professional and does a high quality job.  The company ownership has also always been very helpful from making appointments to answering the occasional question.  Highly recommend for dependable, quality and value priced service.

My laundry room drain was completely clogged.  I was told that they were booked up on that Thursday, so we scheduled for Monday because I was going to be out all day on Friday.  I was told that if they had any time at the end of the day on Thursday they would call.  Merrill did call around 3:45 and said he could be there in 10 minutes, which he was.  He got the drain running better than it had in years.  I've had other companies out, but they could never get the drain running as well.  He was professional, prompt, got the job done,  and didn't try to sell me a service contract!!!  Thank you!

I just purchased this dated 1970s home so I have had multiple bids for nearly every surface and system in the house.  I had 5 bids for the hot water heater and replacement pipes.  Buhrle was not only the least expensive but they also identified the gas leak I could smell but the gas company said was no big deal (yikes!) and repaired it without having to replace the entire area of piping, which I was completely willing to do to guarantee the leak was found with certainty.  The plumber was polite, professional and efficient.  He updated me throughout the process to include showing me exactly where the gas leak was located.  Buhrle was recommended to me by another service professional and is my new go-to company for my plumbing needs.

I discovered the broken pipe under the sink Sunday and they were able to schedule me for the repair for the next day. Plus my laundry drain wasn't working well either.   I was really surprised to here how fast they could help me out, even during the busy holiday season .

They called before showing up and quoted me a price for both repairs. I have never had plumbing repair work performed so quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the whole process.

This is the 4th hot water tank they have replaced for me across my home and rental properties.  They charge a fair price, make sur e the installation is up to code.  For the rental properties, I trust them enough to work with them over the phone.  It's difficult to take off of work to meet them every time something happens.

Burhle Plumbing was recommended to me by my father, who had the same work done on his home.  Mr. Buhrle came to the house and provided a quote of $4,950 for the work.  I set appointments with three other plumbing companies to get competing bids and only one ever came out.  The rep from that company told me he was going to have to remove tile from the master bathroom that would have to be replaced.  I was really disappointed to hear that because I wasn't sure I'd be able to find matching tile.  That company never provided me a bid for the work.  Mr. Buhrle ended up replacing the water pipes to the master bathroom without damaging or removing any of the tile.
I contacted Mr. Buhrle and he was able to schedule the work approximately 2 weeks later.  Mr. Buhrle arrived on the date and time he said he would, and he and his employee completed the work on schedule.  Both men were very friendly and polite.  There were a few things I wanted to ask Mr. Buhrle to do in addition to replacing the water pipes, however I forgot to mention them to him.  One of those things was to move the water line for the refrigerator closer to the wall because the hole and pipe that was there was pretty far away; causing my refrigerator to stick out farther than it should.  Mr. Buhrle was already finished in the kitchen by the time I remembered to mention something and I found out he had already done that.  He knew there was no benefit to having the pipe far away from the wall and fixed a problem I hadn't even asked about yet.
Mr. Buhrle had to remove a utility sink from the wall in my basement to replace the pipes and left it out so the drywall contractors would have room to patch the hole that was cut in the wall.  Mr. Buhrle told me to contact him once the drywall work was complete so he could replace the sink.  Mr. Buhrle also installed a water heater overflow mechanism (I'm not sure what the industry term for this is), which he said was required by the city code.
I'm obviously not a professional plumber, but it seemed to me that Mr. Buhrle did more work than he had anticipated for the job. Additionally, the water heater overflow was not part of the quote and I was not charged extra for it; Mr. Buhrle honored the original quote for the job.
After I had the drywall replaced for the holes cut to replace the water pipes I contacted Buhrle Plumbing again.  Mr. Buhrle had already been paid for the work and he still came out within a week and reinstalled the utility sink.  I watched him replace it and noticed he brought in his own screws and was cutting them with a handsaw so they would fit.  I was curious why he hadn't used the original screws, so I asked him.  He told me the original screws were galvanized steel and since they were located in concrete beneath a sink he was replacing them with stainless steel screws so I wouldn't have to worry about rust.  I know this is a fairly minor detail, but it meant a lot to me.  The fact that he was spending money/resources he didn't have to, and was doing it to help me out without even mentioning it blew me away.
I trust Mr. Buhrle, and he did quality work with quality materials to do the job that was asked of him.  I can't say enough good things about his business.  I marked price as "B", because I was unable to get any competing bids so I'm not sure how much other companies would have asked for.  I feel like the price for the job was fair, but for the quality it was very good.
Thank you, Mr. Buhrle.  You'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.

Matt Buhrle personally met with me to review a bad situation I had with pipes in my basement floor that were cast iron and had the bottom rotted out.  He ended up putting in new PVC routing from the kitchen across the entire length of our basement ceiling.  In order to do this, they had to remove and replace sections of wood in the ceiling (not a standard basement ceiling).  Overall, I was extremely pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to listen to my concerns.  I have since used Buhrle plumbing on several smaller projects (cleaning out clogged pipes, shower drain replacement, vanity replacement), and have always been very pleased.  All of this is at a rental property I own.  It is nice to be able to trust a service provider, as I am out of state now.

We had a major problem on our hands on Sunday with the sewer backing up through our main drain in the basement.  After taking a wet dry vac to resolve the immediate water issue, we called Buhrle Plumbing. (We had used them in the past for toilet replacement so we knew they did quality work.).  We had to leave a message, but the owner called us 10 minutes later while traveling back to town with his family.  He called his guys and were able to get to us first thing on Monday morning.  The technician did quality work and got our issue resolved quickly.  I highly recommend this company.

Matt and his right hand, Mark, are very professional in how they approach their jobs.  Everything was left as clean as when they arrived - that was impressive.
I found Matt to be responsive to my needs and any concerns I may have.  The work is impeccable.  Would highly recommend Burhle Plumbing to anyone.
My only small challenge was the need for flexibility on the arrival for work and occasional need to reschedule for plumbing disasters that may have erupted.  Burhle's work is worth the wait!
