P U Septic Tank Service

Initially I called a large, well-known plumbing company in the area. They said they did not pump out septic tanks but gave me the number to two local septic tank pumping companies they recommended. I called both but ended up hiring P.U. Septic because they quoted me the best price (they gave me a small discount because I had three tanks that I wanted pumped out) and because one of the owners of the company (it's a Father / Son operation) would actually be coming out to do the work, not just an hourly employee. Jesus called me the day before he was supposed to come out to confirm the appointment, and the following morning called me 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. Before pumping out the three tanks he filled them with water in order to observe how well the tanks were draining and the drain fields were working. He then pumped out all the solids and liquids, inspected the tanks for tree root intrusions, and instructed me on best practices to maintain my tanks moving forward. Very prompt, professional, courteous service, very highly recommended.
