The owner always answered our calls and was very constant explaining every step of the process. When they were doing the bedrooms, they found that the basement floor was rotten, so we had to replace that whole room with new wood. They provided the wood floors for us at a great price, so they are also good on that. After approximately a week of work, everything was finished and omg, what a change. I never thought that the floors were going to come out that good; they did magic. Very much recommended for future hardwood flooring projects. Oh and they even left me a courtesy cleaning kit. They are the best!"
