They were punctual and professional and recommended an estimated the proper unit for the job as far as I know. Our only complaint is that after they were on-site doing the installation, they said that our duct work all should be replaced for another two thousand dollars. I believe this should have been noticed and quoted at their first visit. We declined the extra work, and my husband sealed some of the ducts himself. The trouble is that if they had quoted the duct replacement from the start, we probably would have had it done; but we were uncomfortable with the seeming bait and switch that added another 30 percent or so to the price.
