called for a second opinion and bryan came to the house, actually examined the unit, replaced a part and only charged 75.00. he was professional and prompt. I have used him several times with the same outcome. the only reason he only got 4 stars in professionalism is because on one visit, he sent a tech, the tech never went into the attic because it was too hot. I still had the same issue and called the next day. apparently the tech lied to bryan and stated he went into the attic and it was a major issue. bryan came himself that day and fixed the issue at no charge to me. well, now that I think about it that was very professional so i'll change my rating to an a.

The service was great, he was a little late due to him unable to find my house, but he called and quickly made it to my locations. He was very professional and completely the job quickly and went that extra mile to help me with any issues or questions that I had. I felt that he wasn't there to "fleece" me, but gave honest answers and warned me what to look out for and how to maintain my HVAC unit. Great service, great advice, and very professional.

When we called they sent someone promptly to evaluate the system adn provide an estimate. They also carried Trane units and that is the brand we wanted. They removed and installed the inside and outside units in one day. Their service men were very professional, quick, and they did a great job cleaning up after the installation. I was really impreesed there were no cigarette butts left on out property - very thorough! They checked back to see if we were satisfied and we even recieved and HAND WRITTEN thank you letter. Again at Christmas we received another letter thanking us for our business and to let them know if we had any trouble. Our new unit is working great and our utility bill has dropped dramiticallt since we installed the new Trane unit - absolutley worth the cost. It will pay inself off in a few years time. I would highly recommed this company!!

In calling to set up appointment the front desk person was very knowleable regarding the service I might need. The service person was prompt and  professional, doing the work and answering other questions I had as well.   I would use this company again.  Thank you
