When we called them to ask for an estimate, we were frustrated because we had already asked for several quotes and they were either very expensive or you could tell the contractor had no experience. They sent out the estimate with the numbers that same day in the afternoon and began work two days after. Polite and honest employees, so you won't have to worry about who is working in your house. The owner always answered our calls and was very constant explaining every step of the process. When they were doing the bedrooms, they found that the basement floor was rotten, so we had to replace that whole room with new wood. They provided the wood floors for us at a great price, so they are also good on that. After approximately a week of work, everything was finished and omg, what a change. I never thought that the floors were going to come out that good; they did magic. Very much recommended for future hardwood flooring projects. Oh and they even left me a courtesy cleaning kit. "The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.

"This was an experiment for me in use of an interior designer online.  THe consultant was helpful in directing me to useful websites to review products and encouraged me to look widely and that was useful. Otherwise I found it difficult to use her services. The online aspect is one reason - looking at colors, e.g. wall colors and considering them for a particular space is difficult to do given than monitors and lighting change the look of things. Also, one cannot get the sense of e dimensional space from 2 dimensional tools
 In addition,  she was only allowed to advise me on one room and I have an open space that includes living, dining and kitchen areas, all of which had to be considered together. It was frustrating that she was not allowed to think about the other spaces when I had to think about all of them together.
The designer pushed me to choose a rug before choosing living room furniture but I preferred to choose the furniture first as it is more difficult to replace.  She was not able to be flexible on this account. Also, when I did not seem interested in buying through their service she seemed to loose interest.
It often took several days for the consultant to get back to me. That is the area where I most fault the individual as opposed to the set up of online consulting. 
In the end, I made my own choices and am happy with them. The experience gave me more confidence in my own instincts.
