"A/C issue, followed by a Heat issue. In the spring, I had a A/C issue and called multiple A/C repair companies. Sun Kool, was the only one, that would come on the same day. Then came our first big chill. Again, another failure. I called Sun Kool and they came out same day. A blown fuse in the heat exchanger. Replaced, system checked out, back in business. Then the fuse blew again. After inspection it was found that a ground wire failed. Sun Kool's staff checked everything for a lengthy amount of time and took care of the issue at no extra charge. "Air Ducks replaced my system 5 yrs ago, they never pulled a permit now I have to pay a new contractor to bring it up to today's code and have inspected. Marion county has Air Ducks license on hold right now, that means they can not pull a permit. Plus the county told me Air Ducks has let eight permits from 2018 expire without a final, that means the homeowners will eventually end up in the boat I'm in. I have no other recourse but to sue this company."

The condenser was starting to turn green from algae and he cleaned it to new looking and removed all debris from inside. He did everything from cleaning the coils to making sure electric connections were tight. He left us with a recommendation to dump two cups vinegar, followed by two cups of hot water through the drain pipe monthly to make sure it doesn't get clogged with algae (clogging would cause a backup and water damage). This was the second year of our three year service contract. At a cost of about $180 it was a deal for three years of service this thorough."
