"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. "I have an outdoor refrigerator that was only cooling to 39 degrees and was frosting up. The repair tech that arrived was very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the work, he explained what he had found and accomplished... so far, so good. However, after the tech left, the fridge never cooled below 48 degrees. I called the office to let them know that whatever they did actually made things worse. I was told by the owner, Mary, that they would not be able to come back out until the following Monday (another full week). When I protested that "THEY" were the party responsible for the refrigerators worsening performance, and should move me up in the que, she just said that was the best she was willing to do. Basically, Mary is scheduling new jobs before completing current jobs. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this decision and would absolutely NOT recommend this company."
