H2O Systems

The absolute worst company. After several issues with the company I moved on. I now use Water Medic and what a difference. I had water medic come out and he said my system looks 20 years old.. It's only 7 months old H2O system had been servicing it so we thought that's how it's supposed to look. Boy was I wrong they will let those pieces and parts just rest away before replacing it under warranty. If you want a real company with warranties on there parts call "WATER MEDIC" TRUST ME!!!

I had my well drilled on a new construction home recently. Due to new wells being drilled around me, I started to get a lot of sediment and other debris in my RO system. I have dealt with Sarah, occasionally with Amber, in the office throughout my experience. Sarah has been honest and forthcoming, as well as willing to remedy the issues. She has even called to update me on any services that will be performed without me having to continually call her. The service guys are great as well, always respectful and willing to allow me to watch service being performed. I typically do my own maintenance so being able to watch is helpful for me. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again. They have been amazing throughout this entire process.

'Not much to tell, I wasn't there.

They have outstanding H2O Systems. I was very satisfied with their work. They take care of the service when we are not at home. We can call up and pay by credit card when they are done. We get to see everything that they do. They explain what they do before they are going to do it. The communication is just excellent. With respect to the price, I haven’t got a way to evaluate too well. I haven’t had them do it too many times but I would say it’s comparable to anybody else.

I’ve always had good luck with them. They were really good. I had a new tree planted by my lawn guy and they set up the sprinkler for me, so that the plant was watered. I would use them again in the future.

They were good. They had two come out on two visits but were a very pleasant company.

We had all new sod and landscaping being performed. An H2O technician came out and worked with landscapers to make the sprinkler system conform with the new landscape design.
