I chose to rate him a 5 on all areas- He was on time (actually came a little earlier!) introduced himself and looked at the various carpets to see what the best way was to clean each one due to the stains. I had some stains from the family puppy, and extra "wear and tear" from the family entering/exiting bringing in dirt, sand, etc. I felt that Terry took pride with his work, was very professional & customer service oriented.
