"The writer did this quickly based on the points I noted: Our condo had a major shower pan leak and we had no idea how to navigate through the whole insurance process. We were referred to Mr and Mrs Restore by a friend and am so thankful for that! They spent the time needed to educate my husband and I fully on the whole process. They worked with our insurance company and were so polite and flexible throughout that it made the whole situation much less stressful than we expected. We thought we would have to move out while the mold cleanup was happening but they worked in a way that we could still stay in the house. Their crew was super clean and efficient.
